NAIDOC Week 2021 celebrations are occurring between 4 – 11 July and our staff will be getting involved in a number of events and activities.
This year’s theme of ‘Heal Country’ calls for all of us to continue seeking greater protections for our lands, our waters, our sacred sites and our cultural heritage from exploitation, desecration, and destruction.
The theme also seeks institutional, structural, and collaborative reform – something that we are deeply committed to, as outlined in our commitments under Pupangarli Marnmarnepu.
We are also committed to prioritising culture, addressing trauma, and healing by supporting the advancement of Treaty and the work of the Yoo-rrook Justice Commission.
