Join a fishing workshop, discover a rockpool or learn how to paddle in a canoe in some of the free activities on offer in this season's Summer by the Sea program.

Suitable for children, adults and people of all abilities and backgrounds, Summer by the Sea is a fun way to learn more about our Victorian coastal and marine environments.

You can take part in photography, surfing, wildlife excursions, film, geology, and lots more.

The program runs from 2-26 January 2019, right around the bay and along the coast, from Anglesea to Point Cook, Lakes Entrance to San Remo.

Coastcare Victoria, in partnership with Parks Victoria, runs the annual program of up to 300 events.

But be quick – sessions fill up quickly and you need to register, see the Summer by the Sea website. Follow Summer by the Sea on Facebook to stay up to date.
